How long may I keep my holiday home for?

This varies from park to park, whilst we do not have any strict policy in place there are a number of other mitigating factors that need to be considered.

What are the other running costs I need to consider?

In addition to the annual site fees, you must also allow for the necessities of insurances and utilities; metered electricity, metered or bottled gas and rates.

It is an essential part of our ethos to always aim to keep these as low as possible, however costs are often dictated by external market forces.

May I live at any of your parks?

Unfortunately not - all of our parks hold holiday licences and as such are for holiday home purposes only and may not be used as your residency.

How long are your parks open for?

Both our parks (Bendholm and Cragside) are open 12 months a year.

Do you allow subletting on your parks?

Generally no. Dalys Caravan Parks prides itself on operating a strict owner’s only policy across our holiday parks.

Can I let my friends and family use my holiday home?

Yes of course, however we expect any guests at your holiday home to abide by the park rules, and as an owner you will be held responsible for the behaviour of all guests you allow to use your holiday home.

As an owner how easy is it to upgrade my holiday home?

Do Dalys Caravan Parks holiday homes come with a warranty?

Yes, we offer a warranty across all our holiday homes as standard; 1 years on new and 6 months of pre-owned.

Can I move my existing holiday home onto your park?

We will happily consider the relocation of your current holiday home onto either of our sites, costs for this will vary depending on your current static and its current location. Contact us for more info.

Will you part exchange my tourer?

Yes, if you've decided to upgrade to a static we'll work out a part exchange deal specifically for you. Just contact us for more info.
